Refunds

This note covers digital delivery of Canva frame templates. They are digital goods, sent as soon as PayPal confirms payment. Because you can open the PDF right away, we do not offer refunds once the file has been sent.

If the PDF will not open, or the email never arrives, write to info@alphabetframeshop.com with the name you used at PayPal. We will send the file again or put the payment right.

A change of mind after the PDF has been received is not a refund. Check the preview and the license before you pay.
