Alphabet Frame Shop is run by Assaka Abdou. The shop sells digital Canva frames and clipart. We do not ship parcels, and checkout does not ask for a postal address. Questions and access or deletion requests go to info@alphabetframeshop.com.

What the shop processes

At checkout you enter a name and an email. We store those with the order so we can send the PDF and match the payment. The email is also the address that receives the file. We do not receive your card number.

PayPal processes the payment. The shop sends PayPal the order amount and receives a payment confirmation and a PayPal order id. PayPal’s own handling of your account, card, or balance is covered by PayPal, not by this page.

After payment we email one PDF per template. Please wait 10 to 15 seconds while it is prepared. The template link inside the PDF points at Google Drive. That link is how you get the file.

If you write to the shop through the contact form, we store the subject and the message so we can reply. If you join the newsletter, we store that email, a confirmation, and an unsubscribe link. The consent line on the shop says this before you subscribe. You can unsubscribe from any note.

Technical data

The cart lives in your browser until you pay or remove the templates. See the cookie policy for that storage and for the optional visit count. The visit count is a random id, the day, the page, and the country of the connection. Pages from the same visit are grouped until the tab closes. It is off until you allow it, and it is not used for advertising.

The host may keep ordinary server logs, such as an IP address, the time, and the page, to keep the site secure and to fix faults. We do not sell visitor information and we do not run an advertising network.

Product photos are loaded from Google so the picture can appear. Your browser sends that image request to Google. The shop does not add an analytics tag to those pictures.

How long, and your choices

Order records are kept so we can resend a file or answer a payment question. Newsletter addresses stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. You can ask for a copy of the name, email, and messages we hold, or ask us to delete them, at info@alphabetframeshop.com. Withdrawing the optional visit count is done in Cookie settings and does not affect an order you already placed.

If you are in the EU or the EEA, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. This page describes the shop as it is built. It is not a certification, and a privacy professional should review it for your own sales into the EU.
